It’s highly unfortunate that the customer service from Carol is so unprofessional that it makes me question the whole facility. Now I’m nervous to have my procedure done at this location due to her unnecessary nastiness on the phone. All I was doing was asking questions regarding my procedure and was spoken to in a condescending matter. I recommend to find another place besides this one because if the front staff can’t be polite or patient, imagine the doctors.
