It’s highly unfortunate that the customer service from Carol is so unprofessional that it makes me question the whole facility. Now I’m nervous to have my procedure done at this location due to her unnecessary nastiness on the phone. All I was doing was asking questions regarding my procedure and was spoken to in a condescending matter. I recommend to find another place besides this one because if the front staff can’t be polite or patient, imagine the doctors. Excellent professional and experienced doctor
My mother and I went to make an appointment at their office after she had a procedure. The receptionist did not want to give her one and was asking invasive medical questions about her symptoms out in the open in front of other staff and patients. I finally had to say just give her an appointmet. Even her fellow worker told her to schedule her. This woman even told her to take an over the counter stomach medication.
