I recently took delivery of my order and wanted to acknowledge the outstanding customer service I received from David, the delivery person. David went above and beyond to get my powered sectional up and running. He also was able to fix, on-the-spot, a small issue I was having with a chair I previously purchased. I appreciate his willingness and ability to get the job done right.
This used to be a great company but that is no longer the case. Metropolitan Furniture took advantage of my elderly mother and they refuse to make things right. She spent thousands of dollars and waited months to get her furniture and now they are messing with her all the while she has no bed to sleep in. Do not give your money to this company. I normally don’t write reviews but I was pleasantly surprised here. I cant express enough how I much I hate sales people but Frank was different. He greeted us and was helpful but not pushy, thank you! I recently purchased a Flexsteel recliner here. I went more to look thinking they would be overpriced but I found a recliner I liked and they gave me a very good price so I ordered a new recliner after 17 years with my old one. Oh and they have been updating the inside nicely, a Allen Park gem!
