Gave us the appointment after confirming the insurance .. but when i reached to the office with my 80 year old aunty.. they said they don’t take her insurance and refused to see her.. Very unprofessional
I had such a great experience at Metropolitan Foot Care. Dr. Eric Stern was kind, thorough, and made me feel completely comfortable during my visit. The front desk staff, Jay and Kristy, were amazing—so welcoming and professional. A special shout-out to Jay, who held my hand while I was getting my shots. That small gesture meant so much and really helped calm my nerves. Truly a caring team that goes above and beyond. Highly recommend!
