This office deserves a 0 This Spanish old lady is very rude and nasty with an attitude. They gave me a appointment for 12:30 meanwhile there are 9 patients ahead of me. She is chatting with her friend and said to wait outside, yet no space in the tiny nasty lobby with people on top on each other waiting. She does not even have the decency to check if space is available for patient to wait. This office is not professional at all and does not deserve our money that we pay so much for insurance premiums.
If I could give it no stars I would. My first time there.Worst place ever ,went for toe fungus, they did a biopsy of the toe nail, I was suppose to go back in 2 weeks but went back in a month, for them to tell me my biopsy sample got lost. Smfh. But no call before that. And I hate the fact that the doctor says ur business out loud to a doctor on the other side of Ascreen and everyone can hear. Will never go back there or recommend anyone. Very unacceptable
Gave us the appointment after confirming the insurance .. but when i reached to the office with my 80 year old aunty.. they said they don’t take her insurance and refused to see her.. Very unprofessional
I had such a great experience at Metropolitan Foot Care. Dr. Eric Stern was kind, thorough, and made me feel completely comfortable during my visit. The front desk staff, Jay and Kristy, were amazing—so welcoming and professional. A special shout-out to Jay, who held my hand while I was getting my shots. That small gesture meant so much and really helped calm my nerves. Truly a caring team that goes above and beyond. Highly recommend!
I've been coming here for years and the girls and the Dr's. Are so nice well never change.
