One star for my first visit here last year in September and the ONLY person who truly cares about the patients, Amber. Beyond that they fail on everything else without question! Went to MF&AS last year to get my feet measured for custom foot insoles which went smoothly. However, the disaster started after that. Audrey or Aubrey is careless, ignorant and irresponsible making up her own version of what she thought my last name was instead of asking and making sure it was my real, actual last name put in their system correctly.... read more
