RUDE they need new office staff who ever they have answering the phones need training if you hate your job and your not able to have good communication skills and get easily annoyed by simple questions that are being ask then maybe this isn't the job for you
Dr Burton Shaw is the dumbest Dr I have the misfortune of knowing , he is aful
The office is unprofessional and unorganized. I made an appointment with Dr. Shaw in January for March unfortunately he decided to retire and scale back on patients and I wasn’t informed about it until the day before my appointment. I then rescheduled it with a PA Bryla Simpson who refused to take me in 15 minutes late after I called 1 hour ahead letting the office know that I would be 15 minutes late due to traffic while driving in from out of town. I was a patient before wellmed took over. Once they took over I was neglected by the staff. I had to call today to get a refill on my medicine. I recieved my medicine but was promptly told that I was no longer a patient and had to move on. I received no email or call about my pending boot. I asked the staff of they thought what they did to me was okay. I was met with I'm sorry but you are no longer a patient here! Don't go here even if you have wellmed. The staff quality has fallen off!
