The care and the smiles of the staff
housekeeper Evelyn came in the room on August 18th and she made everything just beautiful she's a wonderful person she's very beautiful in the inside as well as on the outside and they need more people like this I just wish she was a nurse but it doesn't matter still the same job and metropolitans finest took care of us
Was in the ER, nurses take forever to give u something for pain!!Theres a Female doctor in the Er she Hispanic she very rude and needs to talk to pain with respected!!!!!

well I've been there on March 19th 2019 and they took good care of me downtown area I was there June. 18 again because I'm my heart condition and they took good care of me they were very nice to me and it would take at me every hour thank younurses and doctor I really appreciate your help getting me better
Amazing staff, nurses and doctors.... great service and very fast and friendly! They took care of my mom amazingly!
We went on Memorial Day and the staff was great in the ER
Staff is very nice and professional. Am usually in and out when I have to go to the ER
