I have been going to Metropolitan Eye Care for almost 10 years. In the past I went to the Lincoln Mall location until the mall closed down. They moved and I moved. I would say I received good service up until then; 2 years ago. Now I go to the one here in Olympia Fields and the customer service level is noticeably different.
