The broker refused to meet in person and had the people leaving the unit show it. He persisted for me and my sister repeatedly to apply which we eventually did. He said we were accepted but that we needed to pay him immediately to secure the money. We needed a little time to gather the money from a program for the security deposit but the brocker IGNORED our calls for a week. i am not one to write bad reviews but dealing with this company has been a nightmare. the building is old and requires so many repairs. it is infested with mice and roaches. the toilet doesn’t flush properly. i didn’t have hot water for over a month when i first moved in and even now it takes sometimes over 20 minutes for the water to heat up. i got stuck in the elevator three times and it took them five months of it being out of service to get it fixed (with no consideration of their lesser-abled and elderly tenants while t... read more

They are rude, I called them try to communicate and they didn’t care. And I told her time is important for everyone please let me know if they won’t help, I could see other place. She was sounds good. So they are not professional.don’t work with them.
The absolutely worst rental agency I have dealt with. Avoid dealing with them at all costs. Most unhelpful and unprofessional staff.
