I called at 8AM to get a quote for replacing the extension springs on my garage door, one of which had broken during the night. Fortunately nothing damaged, no one hurt. I was given the price over the phone. I called several other companies who I either got recorded messages (one being very unprofessional) or a quote which was the same as Metropolitan.
