They can improve by getting rid of all the drug traffic that they Allow at their complexes and also not move people in who are drug addicts and who let groups of transients live in a unit for free, just to get high and overdose. They need to monitor the security cameras more and have on duty security guards in place at all of their complexes. Better background checks due to various sex offenders at new units and pedophiles as well. Stop acting like you do any good for the community when you can't help the community.

My Review The E &T unit is unethically ran, poorly managed, and presents the patients with more challenges to recovery, due to the organization's biased hiring practices. The medical director and court liaison's intimate relationship produces a very unprofessional work environment, and verbal abuse against the guests is all too common by staff. Some of the MHT's are actively abusing drugs, and lack the ability to positively engage with the guests. I do not recommend working here.

refused to help my daughter because she could get to the program times they recommended times so they refused to help her rather than start her at all in a different group time ! so they're way or the highway !! they dont care I think they put business before people !!! they think they are so smart but only offer real help on their terms and a certain kind of people !!!

Confused messaging, in desperate need of a PR consult. Perhaps someone would donate this...? There's no calendar link on the far left, under About and Photos, etc. This is a basic item that should be added. Upcoming events, and their RSVP dates, are easy to slot in. Ditto for the FB link Events, which could be added immediately. These steps will help the social media face of this org appear less disorganized. No need to be overly slick but what is here is inadequate....

Feel they make you reach for all these goals and when you fail, they laugh!! I watch countless people die because of poor tact and lack of compassionate workers

I'm very thankful for the energy assistance But this is the 3rd time the staff has misplaced my paperwork or has told me they have everything they need and I'm good and I will receive my pledge amount in the mail. A month and 1/2 has gone by and I haven't received anything from Mdc so I place a call and if you know mdc they never answer the phone so left a message to have someone call me back.
