Very nice staff, short wait time, Dr very knowledgeable!
The staff is friendly and seems knowledgeable, but the communication overload is ridiculous. I called 3 days ago to cancel an appt I had for tomorrow, and ever since have been receiving texts and emails reminding me of the (canceled) appt and asking me to do an online check-in. Today alone I've gotten three emails and a text. I responded to the text to repeat the cancellation order, but I don't know if they got it or whether I'll get charged for not showing up, since the appt system doesn't seem to be registering responses. ... read more
Clean, friendly office. Got an appointment in a short time, was seen with no wait. Provider (Karen Duarte) was professional, kind, gentle and knowledgeable. A good experience!
I was happy with my visit. Front desk was organized and I didn’t wait too long. My doctor ( Shelby ) was very informative on what I was dealing with. Quick and to the point. Also she checked out two sun spots I was worried about. Highly recommend using this practice
Had my first visit with Metropolitan this morning. The front desk staff was friendly and amazing! I met with Shelby. She was extremely thorough in her exam. She listened to my concerns and provided the services I requested. Highly recommend this practice and this office if you need a Dermatologist for issues or just for an exam. Would give the 10 stars if I could!!!
