Wonderful experience. Everyone we dealt with was kind and helpful. Absolutely loved the Doctor. She was informative with an excellent bedside manner. The office is clean and recently renovated. They definitely invest in their business for the convenience and comfort of their patients. There’s an online registration portal, which I love. In fact, I have found that Dr offices that haven’t updated their technology like that, also have doctors w beliefs and practices that are stuck in the stone age along w their technology. One star for Karen Duarte. I should have done my research on her and I would have seen her 2 star rating. The office staff is nice but Karen is just the typical pharma rep doctor. Seemed annoyed at everything I had to say and wanted to prescribe me the same prescriptions i specifically said made my skin worse. Another $75 wasted
After my first visit today I’m very satisfied. Front staff is extremely friendly. I have dark spots on my chest one doctor told me (not from this practice) that it was because I needed to lose weight, which was not the case. The doctors here are very thorough, knowledgeable, and answer all of my questions. I have a possible cancerous growth on the back of my leg, now I’m not one for needles, pain, or stitches. My first new patient visit was great. Second visit was the complete opposite. The PA seemed rushed and didn’t care nor friendly. Not sure if I’ll return in the future.
Sue was very professional and demonstrated expertise in her field. She was efficient, but I never felt rushed or hurried. I would highly recommend.
