Every staff member was extremely personable. The whole process was seamless.
This office is horrible. I had an appointment with PA Duarte last month. It took me making multiple follow up calls to finally have her call me back with my bloodwork results a month later. And during our call I asked about the second issue we discussed during my visit and she stated she didn’t remember having that conversation, so I guess my visit was not properly documented. Glad Dr Blackwell opened a dermatology office down the road. I’ll be going there from now on.
First off waited thirty min in the front office then another thirty five for Dr to come in to the room! I had a biopsy done in which she did not take out enough and this visit was to go back in! Why not just do it the first time. Also stated no skin cancer but yet wanted to remove more why?Got so tired of waiting I walked out! Place is old and dirty doorknob fell off and a complete mess! I will go back to my old Dermatologist though I would give this place a go but ahhh no
Dr.Parrish was so kind and caring. The staff and lady who checked us in were great as well. Highly recommend! Quick and easy in and out.
