the staff here is so kind! amanda and mackenzie specifically were so professional and efficient. can not say more good things about this place. would recommend to everyone!
I expected a much longer wait time as I have with many providers (often understandable anyway), but that was not the case here, about 15 minutes (I was a little early). The staff was very lovely to communicate with, extremely helpful. The medical assistant (I am so sorry I don’t remember her name :( but she was very lovely as well, warm welcome and quick but thorough intake) and my provider, Shelby, kept things quick and concise while still giving me thorough explanations to my questions and expanding on her answers. Easy to get an appointment, office staff is very nice, but my favorite part is the PA, Shelby Parrish. I just can't say enough good things about her! Shelby is patient and has a wonderful, calming manner. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.
The staff at the Newton office is great---really love Shelby, PA. BUT, no matter what time your appointment is for, it seems like there is always a 30-45 minute (or more!) wait, between sitting in the reception area and then again in the exam room! Might be a good idea to allow more time between patients as 15 minutes does not seem to be enough!
