They were incredibly good when I brought my daughter in but when I made an appointment for myself I am now changing from a 5 star to a 2 star review. I had 3 suspicious skin spots removed on July 3rd and I have yet to receive any results from the biopsies that were sent out. I messaged the office 3 weeks after and they called and left me a voicemail saying I need to schedule an appointment with the doctor to get my results and that I should go online to schedule. I had my first appointment with Dr. Gershenhorn in March 2024. I called today to get my Skyrizi refill and they won’t send prescription unless I come back in for another visit. When I was there all she talked about was eating the right foods and she was going to send me all this information, which she never did. Not once did she concern herself with my Psoriasis which is the reason I went there. Would not recommend.
