I had no problems with Jalpa, she froze something on my face not a big deal. However after a few weeks the mark was still there. I called the office just to ask what I can use to prevent scarring? The office told me that Jalpa was out on maternity leave and I could not speak or ask another doctor that didn’t see me, I would have to come in.
