Jalpa is so friendly and always makes me feel comfortable. The staff is also kind, specifically Wendy. The wait time is so minimal. Everything is great.
As a first time client, the front desk staff was so horrible I already felt uneasy that I cancelled my appointment. Extremely unprofessional. No insurance knowledge. Sounds like they are literally in bed sleeping. No professionalism when answering the phone or putting on hold. Couldn’t even tell me the fax number.
I have gone to this office for years and loved Dr Cunningham. She resigned and I decided to stay with the practice and try her replacement, Dr Japal Patel. However, I am extremely unsatisfied with the service and exam. This office is unprofessional and unethical. I was hoping the replacement doctor, Patel, would be caring about the clients and not driven by making more money.
