I have gone to this office for years and loved Dr Cunningham. She resigned and I decided to stay with the practice and try her replacement, Dr Japal Patel. However, I am extremely unsatisfied with the service and exam. This office is unprofessional and unethical. I was hoping the replacement doctor, Patel, would be caring about the clients and not driven by making more money. Despite my Same-day appointment, all was smooth and uneventful; ALL staff were polite, professional and friendly!! Grace&Peace of GOD to all involved.
When I go to Dr. Cohen he is skilled, helpful and awesome. He has a no nonsense approach and is also compassionate during procedures. The staff is also very cool.
Dr. Patel was so sweet and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend her to everyone who needs a dermatologist.
