went for removal of a small skin growth. after explaining this to the nurse (?) a woman (I'm sure she was no doctor) came in with a spray can and proceeded to freeze the growth. there was no examination what so ever, the whole process took less than 2 minutes. i was told the scab would fall off in about 2 weeks, when the scab finally fell off , not only was the growth still there i believe it's larger. obviously the woman missed with the spray or it was the wrong treatment.
I visited Metropolitan dermatology today for the first time and I had a very pleasant experience. The staff was very accommodating and Doctor Walton was professional and extremely easy to talk with.
From making the appt, to the reminders, and of course the fabulous staff, I was taken care of throughout.
Kristie Walton and the staff were professional and personable. I felt I was in good hands. My appointment went exceptionally well and the wait time was minimal. I was seen quickly, everything was explained in detail, and my procedure went well. I was overall, very happy with the entire experience.
