Had my regular cleaning done on Monday March 24th with Anita. She's very friendly, polite and down to earth. Best part was "no bleeding" occurred and that's very important. And as usual Dr. Malou's fantastic. I'll be back in a few weeks for my crowns for my front teeth. Thank you for taking care of me!
I waited an hour and 20mins to be seen, and then they acted like I was late. To answer you no, no one said anything about a surgery or anything.
What an unprofessional and uneducated place! I made a check-up appointment two weeks in advance due to tooth /gum discomfort. When I walked in for my appointment, the front desk receptionist stated it was considered an emergency, and I would be charged for this type of visit. Nothing is for free, but an emergency appointment should not be scheduled immediately?!
