Overall great experience. The office was very clean and smelled pleasant, not like a usual dentist office. Receptionist were kind and professional. My hygienist took great care of me. I told her my concerns and she made sure that I would not be in any pain. The dentist was also pleasant. I needed to schedule other appointments but the system was down. The staff is extremely nice ,warm, welcoming and patient. Dr Jake is really nice and explains everything with patience and care. The facility is beautiful , modern and spacious ; they even have a TV on the ceiling with Netflix that you can watch during your procedure. Most importantly, they really care about making your procedure as pain free as possible, your comfort is number 1.
I recently went for a referral and I couldn't be more pleased with the care and expertise I received. The entire experience, from check in, to oral exam, was handled with professionalism, empathy, and thorough attention to detail. The dental team took the time to explain my condition clearly, outlining the steps needed to restore my oral health. I would love to return very soon.
It is just so easy to come here, and they take standard Dental insurance. Appointments happen on time, the place is open on Saturdays for folks whose work prevents midweek jaunts, everyone is friendly, and the office feels modern. I have been going there for about 8 years.
Upon having acute tooth pain, I scheduled an emergency consultation and was quickly seen by Dr. Heller. He accurately diagnosed my issue, which turned out to be subtle, complex and likely tooth-threatening. I required a specialty procedure and Dr. Heller went above and beyond to ensure I was receiving the best quality care and a fair deal. The staff have been very friendly and helpful too.
