I just switched over to Metropolitan Dental (upon recommendation) and WOW am I ever glad that I did! My experiences with them have been absolutely fantastic! I am a ~20-year veteran at this Dental Office. Dr. Plaitis began treating me in 2006, and I have kept going back. Since the last two, or so years, Dr. Kraus has been working her magic. Dr. Kraus is innovative, fun, cool, and just simply, a 'Michelange-la'. Today, she worked on my two faulty front teeth along with Ramyaa (sp?) and the end result? Perfect, pearly teeth! I am 62 years old and I've had dentists in four different countries including several in Ontario. Dr. Kraus It's the best dentist I've ever had. Wonderful sense of humor and demeanor, and patient with me as I'm a slightly difficult patient. The front staff and hygienists are equally fantastic. I never would have believed that the dentist would be such a nice experience.
I’ve been going to Dr. Kraus for over 10 years. Growing up, I saw numerous dentists, so I have a pretty good sense of what makes a great one versus an average or poor one. Dr. Kraus has been my dentist for approx 7 years. I have problem teeth, they're soft and cavity prone and I also like them to look good and very white. She has helped me with countless complex issues, never pressuring, always helpful. She is the ultimate problem solveer and always charges very reasonably. I am a forever client. I have had many dentists, none have been as capable, helpful and kind.
