Jim Sparks of Metropolitan Contractors was a pleasure to work with. Our basement project was due to water damage and involved an insurance claim. Jim contacted our adjuster and they finalized the details of the work that needed to be performed. All work was done in a timely manner by an excellent crew. We are completely satisfied with the finished project.
Jim Corridon and the entire Metropolitan Contractors team did a great job! We had a fire at our house and needed a restoration specialist on our insurance adjuster's preferred vendor list. I'm so glad we went with them. You could go with ServPro or another big chain, but you won't get the same level of care that the local pros bring. Metropolitan Contractors has been absolutely the best to work with on our project. They have been on time and on budget and the quality of their work is excellent. They use the same software as insurance companies making it easy to get claims processed and budgeted per the insurance company guidelines.
