Son super groseras las recepcionistas , te dejan en espera y después te cuelgan, tienen un pésimo carácter y se enojan todavía si preguntas algo
Very rude staff, I’m not sure who hired these incompetent people or why the clinic is still open! Nobody ever answers the phone and when they do which is rare it’s beyond nasty attitude ! I wouldn’t recommend this clinic to nobody if this was the last place to go don’t go at all!!!
With an appointment they take forever just to call you and they take another hour making you wait in the back. Mind you these are paid consultations not medical.
Do NOT go to this clinic! The staff is uncaring and unprofessional! The wait time is always 3-4 hours! They do not care about their patients! Also the MA Dora- doesn’t not translate correctly! Avoid this place at all costs!
Disgusting experience. Expect to wait over 2 hours with an appointment, only to be seen by an uncaring and incompetent doctor!
