Horrible!!! Do your research and go somewhere else!! They delay vital medication!! They terminate the mental health care without notice!! Consistency is vital to our mental health and when there is negligence, it can disrupt or regress any progress!!!
Better than expected. For the most part the staff has been professional, helpful and kind.You first go through a 10 minute phone interview where your diagnosis and insurance/payment info is verified. Then you do an in-person intake and go deeper into any symptoms/issues you might be experiencing. Finally about a week after your intake you're assigned to a therapist that seems to be a match for your particular needs.
