Nice staff. Quiet hotel but room walls are thin. Was given a very early check in!! Thank you again for that. Beach service and roof top pool close at 6. Wish it stayed open longer… Rooms are outdated and very small. No microwave, hair dryer. Shower and faucet didn’t drain properly. Room had a slight unclean feel to it. I would find something more south. Without a car, you’ll have to take the trolley.
We are locals and don't go to the Hotel but went for Happy Hour at their restaurant. Excellent service. Lucas, our server was delightful. Prompt Friendly and attentive. excellent deal and great dessert . Quite, relaxing time in their terrace . Will go back
We had a great time at this hotel. The staff was really nice and accommodating, a great spot on the North Beach section of Miami. The hotel is quieter and cute. If you enjoy a smaller hotel with a nice atmosphere - this is the spot- the Happy Hour specials and food were fab. The pool is also a plus because it never got too crowded and there was always a spot to hang, no matter the day & time. Great spot for a nice romantic get away. Would recommend this spot for sure.
This hotel is great and the staff is even better! Everyone is extremely friendly and attentive. The guy at the front desk (I believe his name is Jeremy) is awesome, and he was such a pleasure and so very kind! That man deserves a raise😊. The room was very clean and spacious and the hotel is oceanfront literally on the beach. The food was delicious as well! Close by to clubs and restaurants. If you want a hassle free, seamless vacation, then this is the place for you!
Hotel is old and doesn’t feel like a 4-star hotel. The hotel is located on the north side of South Beach, so you'll have to walk quite a bit to get the South Beach vibe restaurants. Staff everywhere was nice but the restaurant. The service is very poor especially from the two elderly guy servers, they will get their %18 percent tip automatically with no effort (they are not very concerned to provide customer service) , so don’t expect a service like places in NY or LA.
