My husband has dementias. Unfortunately, the phycology's treatment failed him. Metropolitain Behavior failed to follow through and notify with emails, or texting. It is against their POLICY to call up his wife to remind them of the appointment. After disputing this with a woman over the phone and paying the 45.00 fee, she hangs up so we cannot schedule an appointment. My husband needs his prescriptions to keep him stable.
