The partial hospitalization program saved my life. The staff (Shelby, May, Pam, Cathy, Jess, and Lisa) are truly incredible, and genuinely care about their patients. They helped me navigate a very difficult time in my life (including a few full-blown crisis moments) without ever making me feel like a burden or like I would be judged for struggling. It's an awful, unprofessional place. The staff don't properly document, the doctors prescribed medication at too strong of doses. The doctors didn't even have as needed medication for my relative, and the nurses sat behind the desk and avoided the patients as much as possible. They keep violent patients with young adults with mild depression and have one phone per unit, as well as one 30 minute visit a WEEK. The Recipient Rights office is a JOKE. I attended the PHP and everyone was friendly and welcoming. The staff that stuck out the most for me was Ms. May and Ms. Cathy. Their energy alone will brighten your spirit! Listening to others in group really helped me and me sharing helped others. Dr. Ramesh was easy to talk with and will make you laugh (even when she’s not trying). Meditation with Ms Shelby in the morning is now my everyday routine to start my day (Thank you). You get out what you put in.
