I’m very pleased with the results and progress that was made in your facility. From the changes to medications, groups that focused on skills and the activities. Inpatient aside, I had nothing but an amazing experience in the outpatient program. The staff were lovely, bubbly, helpful, and truly warmhearted. Even the patients in my group were incredibly kind, supportive, and welcoming. This program helped me in so many aspects of my life. Had a loved one voluntarily go there recently after a suicide attempt. After intake, they prescribed him no medications and offered no actual, substantive therapy. It felt like he was just being held prisoner there so they could profit off my insurance. The bed was so bad that his shoulder, neck, and arm ended up in incredible pain. No one ever did anything about it, despite it going on for three days. Weeks later, his shoulder, etc is still inflamed. Best staff member was Cameron. The staff was very nice. Everything there was great. The food was the most amazing food you could eat. My physiatrist was Dr. Moussa he was nice. Dr. Moussa was good physiatrist. 1 best behavioral/mental health inpatient place to be at in whole world. I'm doing well thanks for reaching out Mrs. or Mr. owner
