Definition of slumlord. Completely and totally unresponsive when it comes to maintenance requests. Have had heating issues, a perpetually leaking ceiling. You name it, we've had it. And they haven't done much at all to help out. It's January 16th and we've been without heat for 5 days.
The office has been friendly, responsive and quick to resolve any issues.
Worst ageny ever!! It’s hard to reach out to them and never get back from them!!!
