They are honest and reliable and don't try to upsell services. We've always had a quality and reasonable cost experience using them, whether is was just an oil change or a more significant repair. Charles and the team at auto dent are the best! Not only did they fix my car up beautifully after I was hit, they managed the entire insurance claim from start to finish. Charles even fought for me to get reimbursement for the taxis I paid for during the time my car was in the shop.Awesome work, awesome customer service. Wouldn't take my car anywhere else in New York!
I went here to get an estimate on some bumper damage that I wanted to fix before returning my lease.Charles was very honest and straightforward and after assessing the damage told me it might be cheaper to just return the car as is and to at least wait until after the pre return inspection. If you want to deal with good honest people, then I highly recommend this shop!

I have used Metropolitan Auto Body and Paint 3x, recommended by a colleague a couple of years ago. Each time, I have been treated with kindness and prices have always been fair. The service is exceptional down to the nice lady who calls to tell you that your car is ready. Metropolitan Auto Body and Paint is one of those few shops that still believes in having a bed side manner & that's A-ok with me.

Brought my car in recently to have some work done on it.From the start Charles was extremely helpful and attentive.Car was done within the promised time frame and Charles handled all the insurance stuff as well. They even cleaned/vacuumed my car as well!Cannot recommend these guys enough!
