I have lived at the Metropolitan for over a year now and truly have never experienced such a wonderful staff! The manager is amazing - always helpful, professional and willing to go the extra mile to do what she can to make life here more enjoyable. Our maintenance crew is the best I have ever encountered. We are so fortunate to have them taking care of our interests.
Truly disgusting people working the front desk. I had a very obvious emergency and the first thing I’m met with is a lady and gentleman of older age walking out and greeting me with hostility and threats. Forcing me to risk my safety in attempt to move my car on a busy road in pouring rain to find somewhere to safely park it. I have genuinely never met two people who seemed so miserable and truly hope whatever causes them to have such a bitterness to other human beings is resolved. This behavior is disgusting and sickening.
The place is just beautiful! Unfortunately not great for investors as we were told there was a 25% property rental max at the building.
I have been in & out of this building for over a year now. This building is well managed. The place looks & smells clean. Cheryl is always friendly & a pleasure to chat with. All the residents I've run into are very kind
I have to disagree with Nia Ruth. Property manager is great, perhaps you're not following the rules? Gnats are an issue a couple of times a year when you live across from a lake. I have never seen a roach in the hallways and I've been here for 2.5 years.
