Lissette is very unprofessional she is a liar and she tried to scam me out of my money her and Drew. They thought I was stupid enough to fall for the BS. If you’re renting from them pleases pay attention to your numbers cause they will scam you out your money

I would not recommend renting from this management company at all. They have high turnover for their property managers. The tenants are never kept in the loop on who the new property manger is so you don't know who to contact. They also do not maintain the property at all. Garbage is thrown all over the parking lots and in the yard by the building. They also do not care about your well being as a tenant and they do not work with you when issues arise. A WARNING to you, readers, in the hopes that you may avoid much unnecessary suffering: DO NOT EVER rent from Met Associates in Madison, especially the Bristol Arms Apts. Jamie Dunne is the landlord for Bristol Arms and is, in my experience, one of the WORST landlords to be renting from. (I've been renting from different rental companies for over eight years, so that's saying a lot). Jamie is completely unresponsive to her emails.
