Lived he for a year now and just love the building and especially all the friendly tenants. Building is well maintained for it's 100 plus years. Great location for walking downtown. Parking is not the best, but it's downtown...no expectation there.
I lived at the Metropolitan for approx. 6-months, and I thought it was great. The building is well maintained and professionally managed. I highly recommend the Metropolitan Apartments to anyone interested in living in the downtown area.
Rude, I contacted the manager with interest in renting only to get a run around and then blatantly ignored. He asked if I had any questions, then when I asked he told me to "do my research" and get back to him. When I asked for a scheduled appointment to view a unit he demanded to be contacted the next day. When I did I was ignored.
