Never received a bill for a surgery I had two months ago and they sent it to collections. Appalling.
Just had one of the rudest calls i’ve ever had with a person in billing. They answered my question and was able to resolve the question but boy were they so unhappy to speak with me. So condescending and hung up the call before even I could say thanks.
