After reading previous reviews, this shouldnt be a surprise dealing with the billing department. Had a simple question regarding a billing statement, and called the number it says to if problems.... Well Leslie a billing specialist was no way nice or helpful. Her response to any question was a condescending "thank you for telling me this , you need to call your insurance." Called back to let them know what the insurance people said and before I could, Leslie hung up on me!! Called back to try and get managers name and number... read more
Stay away if you can. Considering you’re using them because you probably had a hospital visit and then these people try and bully you to pay for services that are not your responsibility and technically being paid by the insurance company. Shame on these people.
Gave one star as a rating was required, otherwise would have been no star. I would avoid these gas passers at all costs. My wife went in last summer for a procedure and the entire group, physicians, nurses, et al were noisy, completely unprofessional, and had to be corrected multiple times as to what exactly the procedure was going to be. Very scary for my wife and the bill for the thirty minute procedure was way over the top.
Not even a patient here but a patient of theirs has been using my address to send bills to my house. i dont know this person. When i tried calling their billing office to change the address to anything but mine some lady just told me to do a return sender. Um. No. Not my job. What if you cant get a hold of this person when i do do all of that? So your just going end up sending thier bills to my house anyway. I had two procedures under one anesthetic event (meaning I was only under anesthesia once). However, I was charged for two rounds of anesthesia -- as if there were two of me -- and everything had to be done twice. I'm surprised my insurance company didn't object to the double billing. I work as a veterinarian, and I am sure my clients would not be happy if they had to pay for anesthesia twice for a single anesthetic event.
