We are not aware that there was a bill. They never send us any itemized bill to pay. With no intimation they also reported to collection agency. No buffer time. All of a sudden we got letter from collection agency that we owe bill to them. Had we known there was a bill we would have already paid. Bad billing practices. Terrible doing medical services from them. We called directly to them and paid off the amount and asked to withdraw collection which they did. Never pay through collections. Same issues with billing as previous comments. Had three charges go to collections FOR NO REASON. Kept saying my insurance company wasn’t responding - despite the fact that I was on a three way call with them AND MY INSURANCE COMPANY.
Very professional anesthesia Dr/Nurse attended to me during the procedure. Great at explaining what was going to take place. Paid my bill by phone once I saw it on my insurance summary and before receiving the paper bill since I'm leaving town for a couple weeks. Very helpful and pleasant billing representative that helped me. Couldn't have been easier despite not having the bill for reference. Highly recommend!
I had a great experience with Metropolitan Anesthesia Network. The lady was super nice on the phone and then Mark was super nice as well and explained things clearly & thoroughly. I don't see how this place doesn't have better reviews?? Maybe they all got bad people but Mark and the receptionist is very nice! Highly recommend
Do NOT go here. Absolute ZERO help after you get your bill. They will hang you out to dry and do not care to help patients after surgery. Please go some where else. The billing customer services reps are awful.
