Sent to collections less than 2 months after a surgery for a bill that I never received. Pretty unprofessional. They need to look at their mailing process cause it can’t be a coincidence that so many people say they never received bills.
This company is not only deceitful but disorganized. I just went into collections by them for a bill I had never received from a procedure 1 year and 3 months ago. I have never seen or heard of this additional charge, and had spoken several times with their billing department throughout the year in order to remain in good standing, as well as petition for a reduction in the bill since the charge(s) were never disclosed to me for the biopsy I had 10/23. I've made my payments on time, if not early and extra. My complaint is the poor customer service in regards to them handling their own mishaps. Telling a customer to CALM DOWN, when they made the mistake on their end is the poorest of ways to "handle a situation", when it's a situation they created. It makes complete sense why this place has a multitude of one-star reviews. Never let anyone bill you to this place. It will come with sheer regret and mountains of frustration. Similar experience as others. I paid, they negotiated bill with my healthate, and sent back the negotiated price, shorting us nearly $1,000. (This was during covid so I get hospitals were busy, but they never made it right after I called and talked to a woman there who saw the discrepancy.)
Worst experience with billing ever. I have documentation that my insurance has covered the bills. My insurance says that I do not owe anything, however Metropolitan Anesthesia Network keeps billing me. I have asked them to contact my insurance company to talk to them and they refused to do that as well. They said it's my insurance company and my responsibility to figure it out.
