This was a contracted service for a procedure in February. They were prompt to contact me and collect payment even stating that they would cancel the procedure if prepayment was not collected. Billed me instantly. After the procedure they attempted to collect even more money and threatened on multiple occasions to send me to collections if I did not pay. My epidural ended up costing $1800. This is extremely ridiculous and high cost for an epidural. There was little communication sent about our bill as our mail has been messed up. I never got a call from them and they sent us to debt collectors.

should be no stars. humana has told them and the bill collector that they have paid in full. however MAC says no. the debit collectors say the burden is on me to prove that humana did pay. i have asked how do i prove i've paid if my humana statement is not good enough. they have no answer just that i must prove payment. i have a document saying humana paid but that isn't good enough. this has been going on for 2 years and humana has made 4 or 5 three way calls saying they paid twice and reclaimed one of the payments. they al... read more
