Billing with Metropolis is a nightmare; and when you do try and contact billing, they do not return you calls. Metropolis has billed me and Medicare on several occasions for services never performed. I have contacted Metropolis, they said it was an error. They billed Medicare again, and I was billed by Metropolis for what Medicare did not cover.
