For those of you who were on the annual st. patty's ride with #bikedetroit you can remember me busting my crank apart heading up the Belle Isle Bridge. I immediately thought to myself this is going to cost $150.00-$200.00 and probably would have if I would have taken my bike anywhere else! The guys at the store were wonderful and fun to deal with. 24 hours later and only $46.49 dollars later the bike was fixed and ready to roll. Amazing neighborhood bike shop. I am a bike commuter. I set a goal last year to ride all year .Metropolis Cycles - Ferndale helped set my bike up for winter riding. I couldn't have completed this goal without them. Highly recommend.
I highly suggest this bike shop. A little far for me but this place was one of the few places that would work on my ebike. I had a nightmare experience dealing with other bike shops and trying to connect with the manufacturer. These people make the process super simple for me and handle the repair quickly. I will definitely use them in the future if I have any issues again.
