The meat department at Big John's is exceptional. .the meats are hand cut & nicely trimmed..I've gotten some of the most tender steaks (T-bone) I've ever eaten..also, & this is a big deal for me, they're now buy local Massac County beef & having it processed in Anna..that is so good for the community & Southern Illinois . .sale prices every week make shopping more affordable. .one of the best cleanest stores I've seen
Went on the website to place an order for ground beef. It has been on the website for weeks at 1.09 a pound. Got a call to cancel my order stating that the pricing of 1.09 was an out of stock item and was only given a 2.89 option. This was for a rather large order where I was not even given another price that was on the website and in store ad for family pack ground beef. Do NOT trust any pricing on the website. IF I continue to shop here it will only be in store!
