A very organized, clean, and helpful store!
Placed an order for delivery during this quarantine and couldn't be happier. I live in Paducah and they delivered to me that night (with a tornado warning)! The online ordering system is great and easy to use. The customer service is excellent, and the manager Brad had it together. He called to notify me when a product wasn't available and was it okay to do a different size instead. I really appreciated that. Everything about the store is wonderful
Whenever I'm in town for the Superman Celebration and need to pick up some groceries, Big John's is always the only place I need to go to get everything I'm after.
I must say, I continue to be impressed with this local grocery store. Friendly and efficient staff and a great selection. Just stopped in for a small cart of items and they were busy, but all the check out lanes were open, plus there was someone bagging at each lane, then asking if you would like it help out! This is true customer service. Much different than the big box stores that want you to check yourself out, bag your groceries and carry them out! I love shopping local in southern Illinois!
