Tom is a phenomenal broker. We've been looking for an apartment for months and have come across 30+ brokers. Tom, by far, has been the absolute best. Touring the apartment went smoothly. He was readily available by phone when I had follow up questions. Once we got approved, Tom was also able to facilitate a more convenient start date for us Cannot recommend him enough!

I had an appointment with John Ripellino. It was for a no fee apartment. After several emails, after I already had an appointment he emailed me by the way there is a fee on this apartment. He already has a warning posted on StreetEasy to beware. I believe he thinks he can continue to rip off people given the opportunity.

I submitted my application and my application fee to only be ignored by Tom. The next day after I left my last email, the apartment that I had sent in the application for was stated as "rented". Money and time wasted.

Made an appointment to see two apartments with Tom only to be stood-up once I was already there. He never replied to my calls, voicemails or email either when I tried to see what was going on or reschedule.

Had a great experience renting my apartment with Tom at Metropolis Apartments!! I was shopping for a new place while quarantined in FL and Tom made what could have been a stressful and overwhelming experience simple and smooth. All photos and videos shown online accurately represented the unit (which I rented site unseen) and Tom also arranged to FaceTime with me. Very happy with my new apartment and experience with Metropolis Apartments!
