I don't understand it we live in the building and paying so much to park a month this is ridiculous
Excellent place to park my truck and enjoy the city. It's in a great location close to many places, and the valet staff were very helpful.
Once we were able to understand utilizing the online option everything went well
The monthly parking new system is terrible. It keeps charging my card as if I am a visitor. My account is negative right now because of a 2 monthly charges and $356 worth of visitor charges as if I'm not paying for monthly parking. The worst part is I still haven't received my refunded. They should have kept the old way or at least did some test runs before implementing this new system. Roland is trying is best but what can he do because I know this is not just happening to me!! I want my money, Metropolis!!!!
