Misleading and false info. I will be filing a formal complaint with the BBB and the Chicago Chamber of Commerce. They charged a full stay when the sign clearly says $2 for 1-2.5 hours.
Beautiful Garage, Everything Perfect!!!
Terrible Parking Experience!! This garage is misleading and unfair. The sign says free parking for 0–1 hour and $2 after, but after 1.5 hours the gate let me out automatically without payment. A month later, they sent me a $56.50 notice ($2 fee + $54.50 penalty). Even after calling and explaining the situation, they only reduced it to $8.50 ($2.00 + $6.50 service fee). Such a frustrating service.
I wish I could give 0 stars. Do not park here! Posted rates on the sign are 0-1 hour free, 1 hour - 2 1/2 hours $2, etc., like other Oak Park public garages. However, unlike other Oak Park public garages they charge you $6.99 for any amount of time without validation. Their sign at the entrance should say in large font, “Parking charge $6.99 minimum without validation.” By not posting that, they’re trying to rip people off.
This company is absolutely terrible and charges insane fees. Their customer service is a joke and will not help you. The garage downtown was also filthy and clearly not cared not.
