Horrible experience. My husband car got broken into and items says that they surveillance 24/7. And they are not going to do anything about the expenses.
Sorry this is the worst parking company they cannot provide any customer support absolutely ridiculous
If you live at Manor house this is your only option for parking. That doesn't make it a good option. Simply put, if you need to get in your car every morning and go to work, don't park it here. It's not uncommon to wait over an hour for your car or to find a long line of people with the same problem because the valet couldn't be bothered to show up for work.
I HATE THEM. The owner is greedy that’s why he can’t keep enough staff. I’m alwyS waiting 30+ minutes for my car even though o pay monthly here.
