I left my car with the valet at Avli on the Park and was informed that parking was complimentary. However, because I have a Metropolis account, I later noticed that I had been charged when the valet parked my car in the garage. I contacted Metropolis Customer Service (Paul), and they handled the issue promptly and professionally, reversing the charge. I am very grateful for their excellent customer service!
Extremely frustrating and misleading experience with this parking system. The parking sign at the Mariano’s garage clearly states: “FIRST 120 MINUTES FREE.” I parked there for LESS than 2 hours, yet I still received a parking notice. After contacting support and explaining the situation clearly, I was told that first-time visitors are apparently required to register an account in order to receive the advertised free parking. I recently had to dispute two parking notices despite having an active Metropolis account and using the system as intended with the drive in and drive out model. While support ultimately resolved most of the issue, it required multiple follow ups and a clear understanding of how their system handles license plate and account matching, which the average user would not reasonably know. The worst parking company in the world. I moght switch back to my other parking garage and walk to my condo because it is that terrible
