All the reviews seems pretty bad, but I enjoy poopy stairs and broken elevators. It was $15. They could have charged $25 or more. I'm into it.
Morgan and Ashley that work at this garage is very rude with no customer service ability . I’m not sure why they work here , maybe it’s a fit just for them it’s a parking garage no need to have manners just chew tobacco and open the gate. Morgan saying she is the manager the owners need to remove her because the service and work ethics’s comes from the top maybe they both need a job charging the E bikes and shooters downtown then you don’t have to have any customer service abilities or manners.
Rudest staff ever.
Parked here to go see a movie, come back and try to use the QR code on the sign to pay and there's no option to add a card or any way to pay. We get to the gate and it's all backed up, the one attendant just started letting everyone out so we thought maybe there was an issue with the system. Got home and tried to pay online, still no luck. About a week later, received a notice in the mail claiming we now owe $74.50. Not buying into this scam. What a joke.
