Whatever yall do don’t park here for 20 mins they charge $20 talk about scamming the people and you don’t know until you park. AVOID IT
I had a bad experience. I parked at 511 E John Carpenter Freeway in Irving TX for an event. An attendant gave me a ticket going in. When I was leaving, the gate was open and the credit card machine was not working. Now they send me a notice and charge me $61 for a $20 parking fee. I called and the csr refuses to remove the extra charges. Metropolis is a scam
They claim they sent me two parking bills in the mail which I never received. I have a locking mailbox. Funny how the collection agency was able to get ahold of me. It's called invisible billing and they've gotten in trouble for this before. They recently had to pay almost 9 million dollars in a lawsuit for their deceptive practices
Don’t park here! This is a predatory parking garage! They charged me 3 times for parking.
