Exit door does not work most of the time. Management is aware of this and refuses to fix it
Never works, pay a ridiculous amount every month. I call weekly to get them to fix the cameras and they do nothing. The previous garage management worked, Metropolis does not.
Machine broke. Took 30 min to exit the garage behind a line of cars.
