For the amount we paid for parking I'd expect a plowed and de-iced parking lot. Instead the whole lot and sidewalk was frozen over several inches thick with ice. People were slipping everywhere trying to find a clear path. To make matters worse, the sidewalk outside of the lot wasn't shoveled either. Just seriously poor corporate citizenship. A slip and fall lawsuit waiting to happen.
Horrible app and website and company. You have to cancel 30 days before.
