If you're going to the 360 thing then this is the parking spot you need however the entrance is actually on the one way street not where it is shown on Google maps so not sure who needs to address that. The thing I like about this parking lot is that it is 100% touches, if you pay online you just drive right through and the gates open , same thing when you exit. The plate reader seems to be really fast as well since the gate opens relatively quickly maybe 5 seconds or less. It sucks the 360 experience is so disappointing.
We had 2 vehicles and was charged 6 times and was only there for 35 min!
Buyer beware this private parking company Metropolis is a scam. They will charge you “violations” and don’t resolve them honestly. They have a recent law suit against them in Tennessee for violating consumer protection laws and should have one here in Illinois too. Their parking is deceptive. Plus the garage has homeless persons asleep in the stairwell and vandalized vehicles covered in dust so have obviously been neglected for long periods of time.
