Super simple. Pay and park.
DO NOT PARK HERE AND GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY The sign says $5/hour and I was charged 18.99 for 51 minutes. Insane! It's cheaper to park in Manhattan. Completely misleading to have signs with one price and pay another. It's no surprise the parking lot was empty. Just drive around until another meter is open or use the municipal garages. They actually charge what the signs say.
AVOID!! Expensive as hell, and that's just the FIRST time they charge you. You'll probably get a $70-ish bill in the mail, in addition to the $18.99 you paid for a couple hours downtown. We're in the process of disputing their little shakedown letter - I'll update if they cooperate, but until this this is straight up graft.
This is a pay by phone parking lot. There is a guy in a yellow vest taking cash from cars coming in and a food truck in here blocking a bunch of parking spaces and making it very hard to exit. Maybe someone legit should be monitoring the lot. We park here frequently, and this is weird.
If I could give 0 I would! We just arrived at the Hyatt Downtown in Colorado Springs and drove into the parking garage, which was labeled for valet. There was no staff present to assist us, so we stopped briefly to figure out where we were supposed to go. Suddenly, a young man came up and aggressively struck our car with his hand while we were trying to park yelling that we could not park there.
