I wouldn't normally write a review for a parking garage, but noticed negative reviews prior to parking here, so wanted to follow up and write a good review since no one writes positive reviews for parking experience, but should, so we know whether we should park here or not. I used ParkWhiz to book this parking spot for a Cubs game. Everything went perfect, the gate opened automatically because of my license plate I entered on the app, and when leaving did the same. Worst place to park, had to call 2 times for gate and door opening and as a plus someone got into our car and move things around. Worst place ever
I parked here for a Cubs game. I booked online for $36, but when I got to the parking lot, the sign said something along the lines of online booking isn't valid for Cubs games. (maybe put that on the website??) I took a ticket thinking that I'll talk to someone on the way out, but, of course, there was no one to talk to. They ended up charging me another $60, which I disputed because, again, there's no one to talk to. Thankfully, as soon as I got in to the lot, someone left, otherwise there was no available spots. Entered garage on 10/31, all spots full, charged 15 dollars just to exit. Left two voicemails for refund with number provided on receipt with no return call from management.
3740 North Halsted did not take park whiz reservation -totally rip off
