I had an issue with their payment system and reach out to them multiple times with no response then 6 weeks leter they inform me i owe them $124 instead of $5

Go here if you want a surprise parking violation 3 months later. Their signage was confusing and their parking web app was broken. Then they have the gall to send you a parking violation. I even called their hotline as I was leaving and they said it would be fine. Convenient location and my car didn't get broken into.

They lock the elevator after a certain time. Why? I get that I could use the extra exercise but come on! They also lock a lot of the doors to get back inside. I've never had such a pain in the neck experience in a parking garage.

Spot hero sold me parking in this garage. When I arrived, it said handicap parking needs to go to the fifth floor. When I came back to get back to my car, I was informed that I cannot access the elevator bank to get to my car on the fifth floor because it’s after hours, despite the fact that the person I was speaking to was at a phone number that specifically said to call it for after hours access. Thanks for violating the American with Disabilities Act.
