Metropolis parking and A-1 City Wide Towing service have a deal where they tow a car as soon as the time expires. The incomplete and buggy app does not allow you to extend your parking time remotely. Be aware and avoid.

I park here every once in a while. I stayed where I was for 2 days, came out to leave and my VAN was gone and towed. The sign says that I can pay when I leave, I came to pay but no vehicle. She says on the phone that I have to pay before parking, but that's not what the sign says. Then tells me to almost 700$ to get it back.

If I could rate it a 0 star, I would. Every time I came to chicago for Kpop NARA, I park here all the time and did not pay so much. But today, I didn't know and parked there and scanned the QR code. I did not know that the minimum was 12 hour stay and it's priced around $31. I only parked there for Kpop NARA and was there for 20 minutes. Called customer service and they said that once you start it, there is no cancelation and they said that the price and time is set by the garage owner.
