Garage seems to never have been cleaned since Metropolis bought it. Layer of dirt on the ground that you track into your car. I wrote to Metropolis - they said the local "dedicated" team had to respond. After 11 days, still not response from the "dedicated" team and the garbage and dirt just piles up. Other garages in the area are much cleaner.
It was breathtaking. It was rainy, but it was fun to go there. Just have to plant it out a lot better to see more of the sites
My car was stolen out of this garage this morning. They won’t answer the phone. Zero stars.
This parking is scammy. I parked here to go to the movie theatre where I got validated parking. However, they double charged me. I attempted to fix this issue through the chat support on their website, but never received a response. DO NOT USE METROPOLIS PARKING SERVICES!
Very misleading signs about prices and validation
