My car was stolen out of this garage this morning. They won’t answer the phone. Zero stars.
This parking is scammy. I parked here to go to the movie theatre where I got validated parking. However, they double charged me. I attempted to fix this issue through the chat support on their website, but never received a response. DO NOT USE METROPOLIS PARKING SERVICES!
