Shady business. Went downtown for a concert , 2 ladies working the lot. I asked how much was told $30 cash or $31.50 card. I had cash so used it and parked. Was told they will validate me. After concert got a notice my card was charged 31.50 for parking. Reached out to metropolis and there response was no cash accepted. Well it was that night. Who knows how much cash those employees pocketed. Will never use them again. Shame on those employees taking advantage of people.

We have used this parking garage for years. It is a short walk from here to concerts at T-Mobile, Power & Light, and The Midland. 9-17-2025 was out most recent visit. Payment is completed before you leave the garage - you use your phone to scan a QR code poster that takes you to the Metropolis website. You will need to know your license plate number. It was a fairly easy process. We were charged $26.25 for the evening.
